Begin your trip with a visit to Yahava Koffeeworks in Margaret River for an energising start. This local WA company sources coffee beans globally and offers various coffees to sample at their tasting benches, with experts guiding you through each brew. You can also watch fresh roasting while enjoying sweet coffee treats.

Our southernmost, certified biodynamic vineyard benefits from the cooling influences of the Southern Ocean, a northerly aspect, ample sunlight, and well-drained ironstone gravel loam soil. Situated at the headwaters of Chapman Brook near Witchcliffe, in the southern part of the Margaret River region, the vineyard features vines growing on north-facing slopes with ironstone gravel over a robust clay base that ensures excellent drainage and supports healthy, vigorous growth. Hazel’s Vineyard is central to their portfolio, featuring plantings of Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, Zinfandel, Merlot, Grenache, Petit Verdot, and Mataro. McHenry Hohnen’s winemaking facility is based at Hazel’s Vineyard.

At McHenry Hohnen, guests can sample wines from the full portfolio, including recent releases and rare selections, plus notable regional and international labels from Murray McHenry’s personal cellar. Many wines are available by the glass (guest expense) Head Chef Nicolas Delorme, whose background includes Cape Lodge and Wills Domain, offers a Mediterranean-inspired, seasonal menu designed for sharing, featuring McHenry Farms lamb, estate produce, and top local ingredients.

Following the tour, head to the newly opened cellar door, where you can sample a selection of premium, minimally-intervened wines before lunch.

Produced in limited quantities due to carefully managed yields and the exclusive use of a single vineyard, Passel Estate wines are a rare and sought-after discovery. Guests will enjoy a premium wine and cheese pairing while overlooking the scenic vineyard.
Peacetree is a small boutique wine producer based in the heart of Cowaramup, family owned and run since 1995. The name Peacetree originates from the Estate vineyard in Wilyabrup which was originally a small olive grove. Sam Tucker, third generation, is continuing the label and wines that many have come to love.
The final destination on your journey is The Servo Taphouse, a welcoming venue where you can relax and reflect on your day. Here, you have the freedom to choose from a selection of drinks, including local ales, gin, or wine, all available for purchase at your own expense. Please note that The Servo Taphouse operates seasonally during the winter months.
Once you've enjoyed your time at The Servo Taphouse, you will be transported back to your accommodation, bringing your memorable day in Margaret River to a comfortable close.
